In this episode of the Digital Excellence Podcast, our guest is Tom de Bruyne, he’s the founder of behavioural design agency SUE Amsterdam, where he, together with partner-in-crime Astrid Groenewegen, also founded the SUE Behavioural Design Academy.
He’s got a background in psychology, and also was a real “Mad Man” back in the days when he co-founded creative marketing agency Boondoggle Amsterdam. In this podcast, we’ll talk about the idea of behavioural design as the way to go to generate effective and desired consumer behaviour. Also, we talk about Covid-19 government communication (when talking about desired human behaviour), and we discuss business failures Tom’s learned most from.
